Refund/Exchange/Terms & Conditions

Exchange Policy:  You're liable to an exchange if:

1. Your product doesn't fit you.

2. Your product is damaged or if wrong product is sent

3. To exchange, firstly please courier back to our address with your registered name, phone number, order id: GymX 207 Srishti plaza saki vihar road andheri east mumbai 400072 or email us for a reverse pickup at contact@gymxapparel.com

4. If you've not got your exchange, please write to contact@gymxapparel.com

5. Please do send the product back within 7 days of receiving the product or it's not eligible for exchange. If an exchange request isnt received on mail contact@gymxapparel.com within 24 hours of delivery, your product is not eligible for exchange. Products must be in new condition (unwashed) with all the tags intact. Defective products/Wrong Products must be notified to us via email with unpacking video proof without interruption within 4 hours of delivery or it's considered defect free or correct product. The video must clearly display both sides of the packaging (entire packet). The entire process—from opening the package to showcasing the product contents—must be shown continuously without any interruption. To save time- you can drop an email for exchange and directly ship it back to the address mentioned above. An executive will be in touch during exchange via email.

 

All emails must be addressed to contact@gymxapparel.com with the product. By ordering from GymX, you agree with our policies listed on the website.

1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
   Effective Date: 1/1/2015
   These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.gymxapparel.in, www.gymxapparel.com and www.gymx.co.in (“Website”), operated by GymX Merchandise LLP (“GymX”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order through our Website or official digital channels (including WhatsApp, email or Meta pages), you agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

   1. Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally competent to contract under Indian law and that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
   2. Orders & Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. GymX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. In case a product becomes unavailable after payment, we may offer a replacement, store credit or other method as applicable.
   3. Pricing & Payment: All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay. GymX does not store complete card or banking details. COD orders may attract additional charges. Payments must be made only to accounts in the name of GymX Merchandise LLP.
   4. Exchange Policy: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with original tags intact. Reverse pickup charges, where applicable, shall be borne by the customer. Exchange is permitted once per order. If the requested size or product is unavailable, the customer may select another product of equal value, pay the price difference for a higher-value item or receive store credit for the balance amount. (GymX must receive the product within 7 days of delivery to the customer, regardless of whether the customer has self-shipped it or GymX has arranged a reverse pickup)Please keep a packaging video during your reverse pickup packaging experience as a proof that you're sending the correct product. If we receive a wrong product and you dont have a video proof, you accept that you're not entitled for any compensation. Reverse Pickups are handled by a third party courier and we dont have a control over it's timeline, also it costs Rs.199. The customer can send the product back itself, if he requires an urgent exchange. GymX only allows exchange and has refund in your GymX wallet only via email. Only refund is possible via store credit, where in you can order a product of the same value from us (once you return the original products). Customer must request for store credit refund via email or could exchange the product for same value. Store credit refund comes in the form of a coupon code of the same value he paid on the website to purchase a product. This store credit can be used to purchase some other product of the same value. This is the only form of refund we allow. GymX reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request for bulk orders at its sole discretion.
   5. Damaged or Incorrect Product: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 4 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or an unboxing video (uncut video) for verification. Upon verification, we will arrange replacement or appropriate resolution.These instructions are also for bulk/ customize orders. If you get a call from a person imposing as gymx representative and asking for payment, please dont entertain it. Write to us at contact@gymxapparel.com for clarification and pay online on official gymx payment sources only (gymx bank accounts). GymX takes no responsibility in such cases if you've succumbed to fraud. GymX reserves the final say in case of wrong/damaged product and you agree to this.
   6. Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, may be issued as store credit, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
   7. Shipping & Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations. Once dispatched, shipments are handled by third-party courier services. GymX will assist in resolving delivery issues but is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
   8. Product Disclaimer: Slight variations in color or size may occur due to lighting conditions, screen display differences and manufacturing tolerances. Model/Photoshoots/Stakeholders: All model photoshoots are paid by GymX and the model involved agrees that the content of the photoshoot is  solely owned and promoted by GymX endlessly in whichever form/manner GymX feels fit. By modeling with GymX, the model agrees to these terms and conditions and gives GymX the rights of the pictures/videos endlessly.
   9. Bulk / B2B / Custom Orders: Bulk or customized orders require advance payment and not be eligible for exchange or refund.
   10. Intellectual Property: All content including images, logos, graphics, designs and product descriptions are the intellectual property of GymX Merchandise LLP. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. GST number 27AAOFG8624Q1ZH
   11. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.
   12. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify GymX against claims arising from misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms or unlawful activity by you.
   13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
   14. Modification of Terms: GymX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
