3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

COD orders may attract additional charges.

Reverse pickup charges for exchange are as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

You are responsible for tracking the shipment using the provided tracking link.
5. Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, GymX shall not be liable for loss or theft at the delivery address.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please notify us within 4 hours for investigation.
6. International Shipping
GymX may offer international shipping.
